Refund and Return Policy

At The Pets Amazon, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your pets. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns

No Returns Policy
We maintain a No Returns policy, which means that products cannot be returned unless they are damaged during delivery. We understand that sometimes issues can arise during transit, and we are here to assist you.

If your product is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product for a smooth exchange process.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

  • Contact us at info@thepetsamazon.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.

  • Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Photographs of the damaged product(s)

    • A brief description of the damage

  • Once your request is received and verified, we will initiate the exchange process. We may either exchange the damaged product or provide a refund, depending on stock availability and circumstances.


3. Refunds

We process refunds only in cases of damaged products, following the same process outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the damage has been confirmed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on the payment method and your financial institution’s processing times.


4. Non-Damaged Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not damaged. If you simply change your mind or order the wrong product, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in the event that a product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item and choose to exchange it, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method.


6. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective products. If an item needs to be exchanged due to damage, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
