At The Pets Amazon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds in general, we do make exceptions for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please review our refund terms below:


1. No Refunds on Regular Returns

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection

  • Pets not liking the product

  • Delays caused by courier services

Please ensure all details are carefully reviewed before placing an order.


2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to offer a full refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Send an email to info@thepetsamazon.com

  • Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

    • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll initiate the refund or replacement process within 3–5 business days.


3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • If your refund is approved in any circumstances, then the amount will be credited to the original payment methods with in 10 working days.


4. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

  • Late damage claims (after 24 hours)

  • Products used or tampered with

  • Incomplete proof of damage
