1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days (subject to courier availability)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays by the courier or weather conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Charges as per actuals 

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹2999/-

  • Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you make the payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.


6. Delays & Non-Delivery

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected time, please reach out to us at info@thepetsamazon.com with your order number. We will coordinate with our courier partners and resolve the issue promptly.


7. Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. The Pets Amazon is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Packaging

All products are packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to be pet-safe, eco-friendly, and durable.


9. Damaged in Transit

In case your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. If accepted, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thepetsamazon.com with photos of the damage to initiate an exchange.
