We maintain a No Returns policy on all products.
This means that returns are not accepted unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer an exchange. To ensure a smooth process:

Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or pet disinterest are not accepted.
Products must be in unused condition to qualify for exchange.
Damaged or exchange or replacement of the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
